Thomas Juli is a human business architect, but also the author of “The Spirit of Human Business”.
With a Ph.D. in International Studies from the University in St. Louis, USA (student of Nobel Laureate Douglass C. North), Juli is a regular speaker at conferences worldwide (including the NASA Project Management Challenge, Project Management Institute Global Congress, Equity Lounge at the World Economic Forum, Corporate Social Responsibility Forum, and unDavos Summit).
Dr. Thomas Juli constantly reminded me, “Alina, just get it done!” “Alina, just get it done!” and “This is new, but still, get it done!”
As a brand strategist, I was grateful for the opportunity to add value to Human Business Labs GmbH by redefining its overall identity.
I had the opportunity to consolidate the brand story and eliminate excess information by approaching the founder’s mindset first.
Dr. Thomas Juli never gave up, saw every problem as another mountain peak to conquer, and embraced change.

With this mindset, he created a solid structure for Human Business Labs, a community of people who learn to implement the philosophy of “Human First, Business Second” at the heart of any business.
I had the pleasure of highlighting some of the most important moments that shaped Thomas Juli into a human and authentic leader.
When we read about someone’s journey of becoming, we sense the power of change.
We look for similarities and are encouraged to believe that it is possible for us as well.
Whenever you feel like reading, here it is: “Notes from a Journal.“
“Meanwhile, I’m putting humans first and business second by inviting and creating spaces where leaders, seekers, and creators can express who they really are. The focus remains on developing and establishing Human Business Labs.“

Question of the day: “Do you want to be part of Gen H?”
Gen H stands for Generation Human, and it represents a movement of leaders, founders, and creatives who believe that the future of innovation begins with being human.
If you’re in Geneva on December 19, don’t forget to join Gen H!
The Human Future Camp is a one day immersive experience where business owners and representatives of Gen Z come together to explore what it means to be truly human in a digital age by turning insights into real projects the very same day through movement, dialogue and co creation.
The innovative event will take place at Fongit, and it was created by Human Business Labs together with Global Data Excellence.

Mijournali!
